Mark Wagner is the Vice President for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. In his professional life, he works for the North Dakota Women’s Business Center, bringing extensive executive and senior management experience to help entrepreneurs navigate complex problems and find strategic solutions. Outside of his professional and volunteer work, Mark is a curious and open-minded learner who enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Tracey Anderson is the Treasurer for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. Kayla Lawson is the Secretary for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. In her professional life, she works as a Communications Coordinator for Marlo Anderson. Outside of her professional, Kayla loves to travel, enjoy music, and spend quality time with her husband, children, and family.

Brianna Helbling is a Board Member for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. In her professional life, she is a Mandan-born musician who has opened for major artists like Neal McCoy, BlackHawk, and Gabby Barrett. Brenda Beran is a Board Member for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. In her professional life, she is a seasoned entrepreneur, mentor, and media professional with over 35 years of experience spanning publishing, community development, and the performing arts. As a lifelong musician who began her journey at age five, Brenda spent a decade on the road as a keyboardist and vocalist for a country and classic rock band and has served for over 35 years as a judge for prestigious competitions like the Colgate Country Showdown. Outside of her professional work, Brenda remains dedicated to her heritage as a choir director for the annual Polka Mass during Czech Days and enjoys using her background in pageantry and modeling to mentor the next generation. A fun fact about Brenda is that she is 100% Czech American and stays true to the proverb that “every Czech is a musician.”

Brock Holbert is a Board Member for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. In his professional life, he is an experienced producer and storyteller who recently returned to North Dakota to join Canticle Productions, where he is working on the films Hazel and Medora, Empress of the Badlands. His forty-year career has taken him “off the beaten path” to global landmarks and high-profile events, ranging from the Great Wall of China to the red carpet at the Emmys, alongside his work in screenwriting and merchandise for theme parks. Outside of his professional work, Brock enjoys returning to his roots and pursuing his passion for the film industry. A fun fact about Brock is that his journey in storytelling began in 1984, when he appeared as an extra in Prince’s iconic film, Purple Rain.

Growing up in the 70’s and 80’s with a mother that had a huge music collection it was inevitable that music would end up a big part of my life. Starting with hours laying in the bean bag chair listening to Beatles 8-Track tapes as a kid would lead to a lifetime love of music. After a career of working swing shifts a change happened in 2004 that allowed me to dive into the local music scene. For 21 Years I have been involved in working with local bands running sound and lighting as well as for a time had a mid-sized production company and now freelance as an audio or lighting tech with various regional companies doing everything from those same local bands to touring national acts.

Dave Blair is a Board Member for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. In his professional life, he is a seasoned business development and networking professional who currently serves as the President of Network Solutions and Services LLC. Dave focuses his expertise on providing consulting and networking services for startups and connecting businesses to help them achieve their goals. Outside of his professional work, Dave is dedicated to fostering growth within the community, spending time with his family, and utilizing his background in strategic partnerships to help elevate the mission of the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame.

Sheila is a Board Member for the North Dakota Music Hall of Fame. In her professional life, she works at a dental office. Outside of her professional life, Sheila has been surrounded by music for most of her life, making her a great asset to the Hall of Fame. She also loves to travel and is always a lot of fun to be around!
